A new skirt

Months and months ago I downloaded the pattern for an easy skirt that I thought would be adorable for my girls. Last week I came across the pattern, pulled the sewing machine down from the shelf, looked through my very small stash of fabric and ribbon, and got to work. Dorothy was quite pleased with the results!
