Thanks to my thoughtful and generous husband, I have been able to make large batches of cookies and scones, along with yummy loaves of homemade bread, easily and quickly in my Kitchen Aid Mixer.
The girls recently helped me make trays and trays of chocolate chip cookies and chocolate chip scones to send to Daddy. Whenever we do baking for other folks, the question from my middle child always is, "Don't we have to test them first to make sure they are good before we give them away?" Well, of course!
